Seeraga Chooranam is a classical Siddha medicine, it is used to treat indigestion, gastritis and GI tract disorders. Seeragam Implies Cleaning the Interior Which Means it Cleans or Purifies All the Internal Parts of the Body. It Shows Hypolipidemic and Antihypertensive Actions. On Continuous Usage it Helps to Maintain Iipids and Controls the Blood Pressure. In Siddha it is Indicated in “Azhal Noy”. It Controls Pitha and Treats Diseases Due to Vitiated Pitha.

Leucas aspera -is reported to have antifungal, prostaglandin inhibitory, antioxidant, antimicrobial, antinociceptive and cytotoxic activities. Leucas aspera is used in the traditional medicine of the Philippines to treat snake bites. It is also an antipyretic, it is a herb that has the ability to help reduce fevers.
