Role of ingredients;

Asparagus racemosus  -  for upset stomach (dyspepsia), constipation, stomach spasms, and stomach ulcers. It is also used for fluid retention, pain, anxiety, cancer, diarrhea, bronchitis, tuberculosis, dementia, and diabetes. 

Cyperus rotundus  - is a traditional herbal medicine used widely as analgesic, sedative, antispasmodic, antimalarial, stomach disorders, and to relieve diarrhoea. The tuber part of C. rotundus is one of the oldest known medicinal plants used for the treatment of dysmenorrheal and menstrual irregularities 

Solanum xanthocarpum - has been used for the treatment of many infectious and degenerative diseases in traditional medicine. The present study reports the medicinal efficacy of S. xanthocarpum fruit as antioxidant, anticancer, and anti-HIV agents.

Smilax china - Roots of this plant are used to treat arthritis and rheumatoid. It is also beneficial for treating leprosy and other skin-related infectious conditions like psoriasis, eczema, pimples, and chronic skin disorders. It is also good for treating syphilis.

Withania somnifera - commonly called ashwagandha, is a winter cherry tropical to the Solanaceae family that is used in treating a wide variety of illnesses including asthma, diabetes, hypertension, stress, arthritic diseases, and cancer.

Zingiber officinale - commonly known as ginger, is a spice consumed worldwide for culinary and medicinal purposes. The plant has a number of chemicals responsible for its medicinal properties, such as antiarthritis, antiinflammatory, antidiabetic, antibacterial, antifungal, anticancer, etc.

Piper nigram -pepper by mouth for arthritis, asthma, upset stomach, bronchitis, a bacterial infection that causes diarrhea (cholera), colic, depression, diarrhea, gas, headache, sex drive, menstrual pain, stuffy nose, sinus infection, dizziness, discolored skin (vitiligo), weight loss, and cancer.

Jasminum sambac  - has many medicinal properties like anti-depressant, antiseptic, aphrodisiac, expectorant, anti-spasmodic, galactagogue, sedative, parturient, uterine, etc. The Jasminum sambac flower is used for removing intestinal worms and is also used for jaundice and venereal diseases.

Alpinia galanga - is a plant related to ginger. The horizontal underground stem (rhizome) is used to make medicine. Alpinia is used to treat fever, muscle spasms, intestinal gas, and swelling (inflammation); kill bacteria, and as a stimulant.

Myrtus caryophyllus - are analgesic, anodyne, antibacterial, antiemetic, antifungal, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antiseptic, antispasmodic, antiviral, aphrodisiac aromatic, astringent, brain tonic, cardiotonic, carminative, diaphoretic, digestive, exhilarant, expectorant, germicide, hepatic, stimulant and stomachic. They increase circulation, raise blood heat, promote digestion of fatty and crude food, promote nutrition and relieve gastric and intestinal pains and spasms. 

Coleus vettiveroides - is aromatic, bitter, cooling, febrifuge, diaphoretic, stimulant, diuretic, useful in vitiated conditions of pitta, burning sensation, leprosy, skin diseases, leucoderma, fever, vomiting, diarrhoea, ulcers, stomachic, and emmenagogue.

Helleborus Niger  - is used for treating various health disorders related to the mind, head, mouth, stomach, skin, and joints. Urinary disorders such as scanty urine and frequent urge to urinate can also be cured using this remedy.
